My name is Eloisa but everyone knows me as Lulu.
I am quite active in the trans awareness movement and work as a counsellor. I have been told about this site by people I know who are equally concerned about public awareness of what trans and transgender really means.
Like many I have always known I was female. Making my hopes and dreams a reality has not been easy, as we know. That said, I have had so much support and just hope others can benefit from public awareness as I have. It's not always easy to dispel myths and untruths but at least we are on the right track.

PS anyone who is ignorant enough to spell the word girl as gurl should try to understand how offensive it is to real trans women.
